Adam Stables Tearoom is located within the elegant setting of Hopetoun House in South Queensferry. The food is of high quality and ranges from hot or cold snacks to excellent club sandwiches and salads - they also serve Hopetoun's Champagne Afternoon Tea. The emphasis is very much on Scottish produce.
