The Airds Hotel and Restaurant is one of Scotland finest and has an international reputation offering fine dining in a beautiful Highland setting. Focused on fresh local produce (some from their own garden) Airds Hotel maintains the highest quality standards. Dinner is an occasion, providing a relaxed romantic atmosphere suited to couples or groups of friends. The lounges enable you to wind down and relax before and after dinner whilst the highly professional staff ensure your meal is served with a balance between formality and friendliness. Lunch at Airds, although less formal, provides the same level of good service and quality ingredients. The restaurant has consistently won a Gold Award by Eat Scotland and was one of the first to achieve this prestigious award. Head Chef Paul Burns, a Fellow of The Master Chefs Association, has year on year won awards for his culinary skills.

“Scottish produce cooked with skill and imagination. Classic dishes and super desserts.”
