The Airds Hotel attracts an international clientele. The formal dining experience begins with canapes in the drawing room and guests are treated well by very attentive staff. The 4 course dinner menu is balanced and offers locally sourced produce skilfully prepared. Seafood, meat and game dishes are cooked to order. Our restaurant has just received a Gold Award from Eat Scotland, one of only 6 restaurants in Scotland so awarded. Head Chef, Paul Burns, has recently been awarded Scottish National Hotel Chef of the Year for 2007 with Hotel Review Scotland.com.

“Scottish produce cooked with skill and imagination. Classic dishes and super desserts.”

Owner's Description : Reputed to be one of the best in Scotland, fresh ingredients are a key feature of our award winning restaurant. Three AA rosettes will provide the assurance that only the best will do. The dinner menu changes daily and the impeccable yet informal and friendly service will give you plenty of time to talk to your friends, enjoy the food or simply admire the breathtaking view. Our lunch service is now a la carte so that diners have more flexibility, whether they want one course or three courses. Light lunches of soup and sandwiches or terrine are available in the lounges. It is all complemented by an impressive and varied wine list which includes some excellent vintages from the best growers and negociants. The cellar includes many affordably priced classics, both bottles and half bottles.
