Archiestown Hotel & Bistro

The Archiestown Hotel and Bistro has some very friendly staff who will take you to the sitting room to choose dinner from the well-selected choice on the menu. Look for the Shetland mussels 'mariniere', slices of Kinnochlawe smoked salmon with creamed horseradish, langoustines split and grilled in the half shell with garlic butter, and the local sirloin steak.

Archiestown Hotel and Bistro offers a cooking style which is creative Scottish cooking with French influences.
