The Bonham Restaurant is the ideal setting to enjoy good food skilfully prepared and presented by Head Chef Michel Bouyer and his team using the theme of fresh local produce served in contemporary style with modern flavours. Close to West End makes it very popular for business lunches or relaxing evening dining.

“Modern Scottish cooking using fresh produce, prepared and served with interesting flavour combinations.”

Owner's Description : The stylish Restaurant at The Bonham is far from traditional, but the standard of cooking is influenced heavily by Head Chef, Michel Bouyer's classical training in Paris. The restaurant is in a European style, but the team essentially like to work with natural and organic local ingredients and produce at its best flavour when in season.
