Braidwoods is run by husband and wife team, Keith and Nicola Braidwood. Both partners are "Master Chefs of Great Britain". The food at Braidwoods is of the highest standard and menus change daily to account for the very best quality produce, which is prepared and presented with real skill to create highly imaginative dishes. Staff are caring and attentive. Booking is essential.

Owner's Description : A devotion to the finest ingredients, mostly sourced locally, and a fantastic respect for the traditions of haute-cuisine: painstaking preparation, freshly made stocks and sauces and terrific attention to detail.

Braidwoods is around half an hour's pleasant drive from Glasgow towards the West Coast of Scotland. We are based in Dalry, Ayrshire.
