The smart Poachers Restaurant is warm and comfortable with fresh flowers and interesting artwork in keeping with the poaching theme.

An extensive a la carte menu of individually priced dishes changing seasonally, altough the focus is always on Scottish produce. A separate Loch Fyne seafood menu is available while the main menu takes in classical influenced dishes of meat and game e.g. pheasant breast with confit leg and sweet potato puree.
