Owner's Description : Accolades range from a Red Rosette from the AA, RAC Fine Dining Award, Scotch Beef Club to three Medallions from The Taste of Scotland. A further AA Award was received in 2007 in recognition of Culdearn's excellent wine list The Restaurant has built up an enviable reputation for first class cuisine. The menu changes daily, and features prime Scotch beef, hill fed lamb, fresh fish from the Moray coast, salmon, game and poultry from the local estates.
