Fairwinds Hotel is a renovated Victorian former manse with a spacious conservatory dining room. Owners Lindsay Vallance and Alison Murray personally ensure that guests enjoy quality Scottish produce freshly cooked with a minimum of fuss - from simple, tasty starters and simple sauces to tempting home-made desserts.
