The Foveran Hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard, creating a welcoming dining room with excellent table appointments. The menu displays mainly Orcadian produce, much of which is organic. There is a selection of meats, seafood and vegetarian dishes. All desserts are home-made with skill.

A relaxed and friendly place with superb Orcadian food cooked with skill. Organic meats and seafood are a speciality.
