Glendruidh House

Glendruidh House Hotel is a friendly, peaceful hotel in Inverness and an ideal base from which to explore the Scottish Highlands. The many attractions nearby include Loch Ness, Cawdor Castle, Culloden Battlefield and Glenfiddich Distillery. The name Glendruidh comes from the nearby Druid's Temple, a grove of nine Oak trees positioned around stone circles.

Run by Michael and Christine Smith, this small. exclusive, comfortable and friendly hotel offers superb traditional cuisine using the very best fresh local produce. Ideally situated amongst several acres of gardens and woodlands overlooking Inverness and the Moray Firth, Glendruidh House was once the family home of Lord Russell Johnston, member of Parliament for Inverness, Loch Ness and Skye, and long time father of Scottish Liberalism. Look out for the delicious old fashioned puddings and indulge yourself with the comprehensive Scottish breakfasts available at Glendruidh House Hotel.
