A small but sophisticated tea room in the heart of John Buchan country - this is a welcome find for the traveller in the Pebbles area. Warm hospitality and good home baking compliments regular changing bistro menu.

“Hearty vegetable soup and scones are made daily on the premises. All baking at Laurel Bank Tearoom is done in house using the finest ingredients: real butter, free-range eggs, and organic flour. ”

Owner's Description : The new Laurel Bank Bistro is in fact the tea room dressed up in evening attire, but with a more extensive menu and wine list. Our aim is to serve wholesome, home-cooked food in a relaxed and informal environment. Local chef Alex Staerck has devised a menu that combines local Scottish ingredients with classic French inspiration. While some dishes are vegetarian, others can be prepared equally well without meat, for those that want it. Please ask!
