Owned by the Fraser family, the principal clan in the area, with a history extending back to the 13th century. Quality Scottish produce is on the menu, notably beef and lamb from Torachilty, the Fraser family farm. Dishes are prepared and presented by Chef Donald Munro in time-honoured style with a nod to modern influences.
