The New Mains of Scotstown Inn is very popular with locals and visitors alike. Located in the Bridge of Don just north of Old Aberdeen its popularity is confirmed by the many awards including "The British Beer and Pub Association Award" in 2006 with only 10 being issued in the whole of Britain. The business also won an award from Punch Taverns, "The Best Pint in Scotland", an STB award for “Excellence in Food” 2007 and the “Beautiful Beer” award 2006 – first licensed premises to be awarded in Scotland.

Owner's Description : The menu at Mains of Scotstown offers a wide section of traditional and contemporary dishes featuring the best of local produce. Cullen Skink, Haggis Dumplings, Scottish Salmon steaks, Roast Fillet of Turbot, Roast Loin of Venison and prime Scottish steaks are served in the main restaurant, More casual dining and a menu featuring oatmeal beef olives and a traditional steak pie can be had in the pub adjacent to the Mains restaurant.
