A visit to South Uist would not be complete without a visit to the Orasay Inn. The food is all home-cooked. Local shellfish, seafood, game and meats are offered and presented with flair. The puddings are very generous with calorific content in treble figures, but worth spoiling yourself with.

“Scottish home cooking with imagination. Look out for waistband expanding desserts! Charming proprietors.”
