Owner's Description : This 17th Century home is situated in Muir of Ord near Inverness the Highland Capital. Originally the Laird's house of the Clan McKenzie, it was cleverly converted into a hotel 40 years ago but still retains all the original features, elegance and charm. The interior is furnished with antiques in keeping with the age of the house and open log fires burn in the hall, drawing room and bar encouraging one to sit and enjoy the comforts of a genuine country house.
