The Peat Inn

Chef Geoffrey and his wife Katherine have created a restaurant which is not only charming, but also offers top quality modern Scottish cuisine. Only the very best of local produce is used and is prepared with great skill. The wine list is formidable, offering not only an extensive choice, but value for money.

The Peat Inn by St Andrews has become only the third ‘Restaurant with Rooms’ in Scotland to attain both an EatScotland Gold Award and a Five Star Gold award from national tourism organisation VisitScotland’s Quality Assurance Scheme.
