Martin Wishart opened his restaurant in Edinburgh's Port of Leith in 1999. He Works with a dedicated team of eight chefs, whilst fron of house staff are managed by Steven Spear.

Martin slects the finest,freshest seasonal ingredients available, to serve a mixture of traditional and modern French cuisine.
