A Taste of Speyside Restaurant is located near the heart of the Speyside Whisky Trail in the village of Dufftown. Meat and game are a particular attraction at A Taste of Speyside as well as fish from the Moray Firth. Stop here for some wholesome Scottish cooking in cosy surroundings. Do sample the local produce in the heather honey and malt whisky cheesecake.

Owner's Description : All the food is prepared with a simplicity which allows the quality of the ingredients to speak for itself. This is no better illustrated than in the renowned Taste of Speyside Platter, which offers a selection of the finest local foods: smoked salmon, whiskied chicken liver pâté, local farmhouse cheese, smoked venison, sweet cured herring, oatcakes and wholemeal bread combined with fresh salad.
