Chef Proprietor Grahame Valance prepares three menus from light snacks and lunches to fine dining in the evening, using carefully selected local produce. The atmosphere is enhanced by sea views. Grahame was Scottish Lamb Award Winner in 2000. The Bistro boasts an excellent wine list to complement the meals.
