Damn Delicious produces Aberdeen Angus Beef and Texel Lamb from a farm in the Scottish Borders. Owner and farmer Michael Shannon started farming in Lanarkshire in 1996 and last year he launched Damn Delicious because he wanted to provide quality naturally reared produce for people to enjoy.

Puddledub Buffalo and Auchtertool Angus beef are naturally reared and grass-fed. The meat is hung for a minimum of three weeks to ensure maximum tenderness and flavour. Ballencrieff farms old-fashioned breeds of pigs in the old-fashioned way to produce a taste of yesteryear. The Ballencrieff pigs grow at a natural speed. Sows run outside all year round and piglets are born and reared free range. Ballencrieff mix all their feeds, cure the bacon and make all their own sausages.
