The Summer Isles Hotel is owned by Mark and Gerry Irvine. The food is generous and real, very fine quality Scottish produce prepared without unnecessary artifice, but with evidence of true skill and culinary judgement. The 5 course, no choice, menu is displayed by midday and guests' preferences are solicited.

Chef Chris Firth-Bernard creates sumptuous dishes using the finest produce Scotland has to offer creating a unique experience for even the most discerning diner.
